Fixed bottom links in View.tpl

This is my first pull request on github. I have made several fixes to cividiscount in https://github.com/wellebee/org.civicrm.module.cividiscount and I would like to have you consider merging them into the base project. I anticipate authoring several more fixes in the future.

I'm not sure if I should send a request for each commit or do something else. This particular commit fixes broken bottom links in View.tpl.
