Repeating events by end date

PR to fix the Problem Spec:

A bug on the Repeating/Advanced Events extension. Tested on two sites:

Go to Events > Event Templates > Choose a template (using the Event Name on the left hand side)
Go to 'Repeat' Tab to add more events

If I choose the number of occurrences (e.g. End after 3 occurrences), this adds the repeating events as expected. If I choose End on [Date], it only creates the first event
