Fixes #26: Use managed_entity hook to declare the dashboard item

I tested:

  • Upgrading from a previous version, to make sure that the manage entity does not conflict with the one that was manually added by install.sql
  • Uninstall completely the extension, make sure that the Calendar dashlet is gone
  • Re-install the extension, make sure that the Calendar dashlet is available
