Rework UX

Rich requested to merge artfulrobot/checksum:master into master

Easier to use UX offers specific links that don't need editing by hand.

  • Contribution Pages: select from list
  • Event Registration: select from list + test option
  • Profile: enter ID manually (see note in code)
  • Webform: enter URL
  • Advanced: all the technical gubbins that was there before.
  • Click the CiviMail link to copy to clipboard.
