Print cancelled receipts and email a copy to the archive

Before

When a tax receipt was cancelled, a message is displayed to the user: Please download and print the receipt that is generated. You will need to send a printed copy to the contributor. However, the receipt is not downloaded and there is no copy sent to the email archive.

After

The cancelled tax receipt is downloaded and a copy is emailed to the archive.
