#114 - Load tcpdf via autoloader
I'm a little confused since this would have come up as we were testing !105 (merged) and then again later with the buttons changes. I'm sure of it because one of the button changes was because the button was no longer being detected in postprocess. Maybe something cached was making it work and that has since cleared?
