Create tab on contact screen to show bank accounts

There currently isn't a way to see the bank accounts linked to a contact from the UI. We should add a tab to the contacts screen that shows all bank accounts for a contact.

@william - thinking about this a bit more, on this screen, it might make sense to show all references for each bank account as well (I presume that for most accounts there will be 2 or 3 references max).

If you were to add a where bank account reference type not in UK_ENC to the join clause, this would make this screen work for us and be a reasonable start for most other users, IMHO
