Store and report on opens and clicks too

DaveD requested to merge DaveD/archivemailing:opens-clicks into master

The stats table in the extension only supports one type of open, so maybe this was left as a future todo, but this PR copies clicks and unique opens into the available fields in the stats table which aren't currently used and show 0 on the report after archiving.
