Filter out null array values which may still exist in Parameter Bag arrays

Filter out null array values which may still exist in Parameter Bag arrays. Null values will cause an exception error for when setting fields with option groups.

As shown in the screenshot below. The field custom_27 is an option group field and cannot have null as a valid option.
