Provide Actions to update payment tokens and recurring contributions.

  1. Contribution: Create recurring contribution - adds Payment Token ID parameter to allow saving of a Payment Token
  2. Contribution: Update recurring contribution - to update details of an existing recurring contribution
  3. Payment Token: Get by Payment Processor - to get a Payment Token for a given Payment Processor
  4. Payment Token: Create or Update - creating or updating Payment Token
