Rewrite "Joins" part for better clarity in "what-is-searchkit.md"

Rewrite most of the "Joins" part for better clarity about joins (in file what-is-searchkit.md). Also removed some of the screenshots because they didn't seem to add extra value. Also removed the "having" reference from "Filters / Criteria / Where" (it got dropped in the newer Search Kit versions).
