Update offline-fundraising.md On line 10 I capitalized "Contributions" as its an action within CiviCRM

On lines 28, 31, 34, 35, 36, 38, and 41 Export is capitalized as its is an action within CiviCRM. On line 40 exported is not capitalized as its the plural of export and in my opinion doesn't need to be capitalized.
