Update from lessons learned in dev/report#53

alistairjames requested to merge alistairjames/user-en:ajmd into master

There are two minor corrections included here:

  1. Making it clear that to remove a panel from being used in an Advanced Search you have to click the cross at the right end of the header.
  2. Adding a warning that Advanced Search does not always filter Activities within Cases correctly. If it is not CiviCRM policy to add a warning of this type, then please just remove this section.
