Update case roles screenshot for A-B direction

The original screenshot was done pre-5.16 and so would now appear "backwards" to anyone comparing to what they are seeing on their own site or the public demo.

Also having an "applicant" be the case manager seems unrealistic and might lead to confusion about what manager means.
