Update CIVICRM_EXCLUDE_DIRS_PATTERN for drupal 8

mattwire requested to merge mattwire/sysadmin:excludedirs into master

@MikeyMJCO @artfulrobot not sure if there is a better regex? Or even if my drupal8 config is not quite right but I need to scan the vendor/civicrm/civicrm-core/ext dir to pickup core extensions.
