Add documentation for Email-to-Activity processing settings

Overview

Recently new settings related to Email-to-Activity processing had been implemented:

  1. Skip emails which do not have a Case ID or Case token.
  2. Do not create new contacts when filing emails.

So this PR adds documentation for it.

Also as part of this PR description for Activity Status setting was added as it seems to be missing.
