Issues #16 (closed) and #17 (closed) note that CiviGroup Roles Sync and Views integration are covered in both their own files and in index.md. The same is true of Webform, and of CiviMember Roles Sync.

The proposed solution is to limit index.md to Roles, Users and Groups, which aside from Organic Groups, is almost all about Drupal core. The link to index.md in the table of contents is renamed to make clear what it is about. Overlapping separate files on Member Sync and Roles Sync, which were short, are deleted.

Webform and Views sections from index.md are removed and merged into the existing separate pages on webform.md and views.md

OG could also be split out into a separate file from index.md, perhaps in a separate patch to stop it getting more complex.
