#14 - clean up references to drupal 8

See #14 (closed) - drupal 8 is not supported in 5.52+.

Also there's long been a duplicate document drupal9 not referenced by any links and the one kept up to date was the drupal8 one. This merges the two with the latest info.

Thanks @DaveD - reviewing this it does raise the question as to why there are separate documents at all for Drupal 7, Drupal 9. There should just be a single Drupal document and if there are variations between versions, then just note this in a sub-section.

I'm OK with merging this and then doing a follow-up PR to combine the Drupal 7/9 documents and re-organise into sub-sections.

Thoughts?

They're completely separate processes though. One involves downloading and unzipping a tarball, the other involves fighting with incomprehensible error messages and often repeated attempts to start again from scratch.

Ok I see what you mean though - everythjng from Review Permissions on down is pretty much the same.

@DaveD yep, I think a little consolidation is in order here. Merge & consolidate.
