MySQL/MariaDB Configuration -> innodb_file_format option removed in MySQL 8 and only impacts MaraDB 10.2.1
Currently there is a section detailing config requirements for MySQL (and Mariadb but that it also applies to MariaDB is also slightly unclear)
The current installation minimum versions are set at MySQL 5.7.5 and MariaDB 10.2
In MariaDB 10.2.1 and before the default for innodb_file_format is Antelope In MariaDB 10.2.2 and greater the default for innodb_file_format is Barracuda

It's also been removed (and reintroduced) and removed again.

For MySQL 5.7 Defaults to Barracuda and "option is deprecated; expect it to be removed in a future release."
For MySQL 8 it looks like this has been removed: No hits when searching and this comment on dba stackexchange
Suggest we either remove completely and upgrade minimum MariaDB version to 10.2.2 with a note about 10.2.1 or remove and add a note about requirement for 10.2.1.
