Added !!!tip for the qs parameter. (Learned about this feature through trial and error, so thought it would be good to document for others' benefit.)

The markdown for !!!tip does not render as expected in the preview, but I think the syntax is correct. I don't know if the syntax is supported within the bullet list, so I put it at the bottom.
