    This wasn't quite ready to be merged - the added md file has not been referenced in the mkdocs.yml file - this prevents mkdocs from building the book or any subsequent committed changes.

    Until we have automated testing completed for the books repos can we remember to check that the corresponding edits to mkdocs.yml are made in these cases :-)

    I've fixed the error introduced by this.
