Modifying the entity FormBuilder documentation to include XML explanation

What I got from CiviCamp is that we are really moving toward modifying the XML schema as a base for declaring <html> definitions to be picked up by FormBuilder and Searchkit.

Thanks to @colemanw for his awesome explanation here I was able to glean the information and update an extension that I needed to add additional (already) defined fields into FormBuilder.

So I wanted to add that to the docs just to make it more clear especially the Hot Tips section which catch me everytime.
