What tests does Jenkins run?

https://docs.civicrm.org/dev/en/latest/testing/continuous-integration/ says "Unfortunately, the full test suite would take several hours longer, so Jenkins only runs some tests at this stage."

I'm wondering what tests Jenkins runs, and if these are publicly documented somewhere that we can reference for those that are interested. Especially if the actual tests that we run are liable to change a fair amount (and we risk the documentation getting out of date).
