Add catalan User guide repository

@francescbassas - I merged and fixed a couple of typos in the user.yml. I also disabled the stable and historical versions since there aren't any yet (see https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-docs/commit/3cbcf40f333db6d1fffd99c75f4e124f67e2d8f5).

You can now publish new versions of the book by using the following URL http://docs.civicrm.org/ admin/publish/user/ca/master (I added a space to stop bots following the link). They will be available at http://docs.civicrm.org/ but are hidden from the home page. Once you're ready to publish, add a stable branch to the user.yml and it should be good to go.

PS you'll need to accept this pull request https://github.com/babu-cat/civicrm-user-guide-ca/pull/1 before the publish will complete successfully.
