Description

Removing link to the documentation working group because it's broken and just replacing it with "documentation team". Removing "Community" from "Copyright CiviCRM Community" because that doesn't have sufficient legal standing to be enforceable given that the "community" is a rather obscure entity. The community could guide a legal entity (such as CiviCRM LLC) to attempt to enforce/claim copyright, but in and of itself the "CiviCRM Community" couldn't.

Before

Includes broken link to a defunct group. Includes reference to community inappropriately.

After

Removes defunct link. Removes "community" but maintains "CiviCRM", so it's still kinda somewhat nebulous about "who" is claiming copyright here. Maybe we mean the community, maybe we mean the llc, maybe we mean both. Keeps people guessing. :D
