Live site should display specific build errors when manually publishing

If you manually publish a book on the live site, and the publishing system encounters build errors (e.g. due to incorrect syntax in mkdocs.yml, currently you'll see a generic error 500 screen. Instead, you should see a screen which displays the specific error, to aid troubleshooting.
