Cleanup option names

totten requested to merge master-naming into master

Update the various config options to be more consistent, eg PHP name takes the form "nounProperty" (eg workerDuration or agentDuration).

Includes aliasing and deprecation notices for old names.

Reorganizes docs to have a matching structure.
