SMS not sent if "Send Immediately" option is chosen on the last screen

To replicate -

  1. Create an SMS
  2. Fill all the req fields and click on "Send Immediately" option.
  3. The SMS is not listed under Scheduled list and is not sent after the job is executed.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
