Option fields with "Options per Line" set to anything results in the 'spanner' and the 'x' not showing

The key issue is that as a result of the 'x' not showing, a radio field that has been set to have a specified "Options per Line" are no longer able to be unset via the UI on a record.

Example where we discovered this was a field that had radio options with very long titles, and had "Options per Line' set to 1 could no longer have the radio choice unselected.

This can be replicated on dmaster by visiting

and setting the 'Options per Line' to any number. In preview, or on a record, the spanner and the 'x' are no longer visible
