Update backend footer

The footer shown to backend users seems like it could be improved a bit:
I think that bottom line could just be:
Download is covered in the version number, which is also a download link. Support is a much more useful link that leads to options: Stack Exchange, chat, Gitlab, etc. rather than just Gitlab, which is probably not the right first stop for someone with a problem, in most cases.
Alternatively, support and documentation are covered in the top menu. Maybe there is no need for a second line at all?
Minor detail: Add a space between the status box and the word CiviCRM.
