Deduping link to 'merge and go to list' just reloads the pair of merged contacts

after pulling up a list of duplicates, on the merge contacts screen one is offered a button saying "Merge and Go To Listing", but it doesn't, it just reloads the same pair of contacts. (replicated on dmaster) (fuzion tracker r26378)
