Can we re-order the 'recur links'

@jaapjansma @mattwire we went out with 5.42 to our users & have had the feedback that the new 'view template' link isn't necessarily a problem but it is a problem having it high up in the order - such that it pushes the useful links into the drop down

can we re-order them so there is less impact on users?

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
