Change Do Not SMS privacy icon

The Do Not SMS fa icon (fa-mobile) is misleading on the phone block. It looks like a smart phone which nearly everyone has and misleadingly conveys users that it is do not phone. Additionally, it's interesting to note that even if it is a landline phone type the do not SMS flag still shows there. That's a smaller issue here.

This should be switched to something like fa-comments-o icon.

I can't find where this is changed, https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-core/blob/master/templates/CRM/Contact/Page/Inline/Phone.tpl#L22 would like to switch out soon.
