Permission error on event info page for anonymous users

Giving anonymous "access CiviEvent" in addition to "view event info" cause them to get "API permission check failed for Event/get call; insufficient permission: require access CiviCRM".

To replicate -

• Grant access CiviEvent, view event info, register for events to anonymous.
• Navigate to the info page of any event.

• The registration page works fine.
