On the off chance someone wants to add 'Do Not Mail' to a mailing label in a nicely formatted
way it could be done without these lines - as the tokens are handled by the
token processor within  - however I highly doubt anyone ever has or
would & suspect copy & paste ...

This setting was added in a recent merge but hasn't been released.

This will be added back as a separate add-on.
