The Community Council and the Core Team are working together to create quarterly community calls. This issue will be used to define various details associated with the calls, for example:
Community Round Tables will be recorded and shared via CiviCRM's Youtube channel
Registration (free) will be required, done through civicrm.org
Minutes or general summary post event will not be taken or provided
Use either Google Meet and Jitsi
Duration will be 1 hour in length and may vary depending community interest
When
Community Roundtables will be quarterly at the date below. Each will be comprised of 2 'meetings', one intended for the US east coast + EU timezones, and one for the US west coast + Asia Pacific timezones. People can register for either event (or both) regardless of timezone.

Final meeting times will be defined in advanced and on the event registration pages. We will attempt to schedule the meetings at the following times:
US / EU - 1pm UTC (9am US ET / 2pm BST)
US / APAC - 11pm UTC (4pm PT / 9am AEST +1 day)

Brief update - 5 - 10 mins for community council, 5 - 10 mins for core team
Brief recap of past quarter
Forward looking update about what's forthcoming
Brief financial update, including project funding opportunities
Open forum (i.e. "round table") - 40 - 50 mins
ask for feedback, questions in advance. Start with a google form to capture input, expose answers publicly so users can view them in advance.
Communications
General notes and considerations regarding Community Round Tables, their promotion and what attendees should expect.
Promoted in advance through CiviCRM newsletter, blog posts, and chat channels
Request input from potential attendees in advance, provide sample questions in communications to help attendees understand what the calls will be about
Brief intros are welcome (name, organization) prior to first speaking during the webinar
