Fix errors and improve contact loading results

Hi Asha,

I've tested all of your code and made a number of changes to:

  • fix some bugs
  • improved the quality of the data loaded from Civi
  • renamed CIVICRM_DOMAIN to CIVICRM_API_URL for clarity

I'm satisfied that after merging this request into your dev branch, you can and should merge your dev branch into master.

Once that's done we can look at how we can get the code in front of the Spoke / MoveOn people for their review.
