Use contact_id as reference in civicrm_stripe_customers and don't require an email address for payment

Always load stripe.js when on a payment processor page (recommended by stripe for fraud detection).

Our webhook code retrieves every single event sent to us.  But not all of them have a 'customer' property, such as Customer objects, which have an 'id'.

My installation was not processing the previous method of checking live/test mode correctly -- test mode would come back positive but live mode was empty instead of negative.
