Fix list formatting to resolve #111

Update online-contributions.md

Fixed formatiing for list.  see https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-user-guide/issues/111

This makes the pencil icon work correctly for people to edit the 4.6
branch from within the GitHub web interface.

Remove page about keyboard shortcuts. Close #168

Turns out the keyboard shortcuts don't actually work and it's probably
not worth it to fix them.
