changes for release 3.8 -> add archive for log, introduce ignored status and remove warning status
- add archive for old logs and move logs to archive rather than remove in the flush action (see https://issues.civicoop.org/issues/11298)
- add data processor for archived logs
- add ignored status and remove warning
- allow delete for ignored status
- do not check for ignored status in alreadyProcessed
