HR / recruiting more talented tech people into the CiviCRM world
I'm keen to talk with people who are interested in / have experience with / have struggled with recruiting talented technical people into the CiviCRM world (as opposed to cannibalising the ones that are already here).
I'd like to explore how we can find more skilled and passionate developers to work with.
My personal interest comes from wanting to grow a CiviCRM consultancy but am happy to broaden the discussion out.
