• 1 day conference for users on Monday 5 February
• 4 days of sprint for contributors, from Tuesday till Friday

Every day of the sprint will have a specific theme (e.g. translation, documentation, merging PR's...). This will bring some focus, and encourage collaboration each day. Even remote people can collaborate. Sprint participants who wish to work on other subjects are free to do so.
