civicrm1 hard disk fail
From OSUOSL:
We got the following alert from civicrm1 this morning:
PROBLEM: civicrm1.osuosl.bak/raid_md is CRITICAL, CRITICAL: mdstat:[md2(910.29 GiB raid5):F:sda1:_UU, md1(9.99 GiB =, Mar 17, 09:48 UTC
Currently, the software RAID5 seems to be in a degraded state:

unused devices: <none>
I'm fairly certain this machine is out of warranty so you will likely need to
purchase a replacement drive. Running hdparam, I get the following information
about the drive:
ATA device, with non-removable media
Model Number: WDC WD5000HHTZ-04N21V0
Serial Number: WD-WXD1E72RSN95
Firmware Revision: 04.06A00
Transport: Serial, SATA 1.0a, SATA II Extensions, SATA Rev 2.5, SATA Rev 2.6, SATA Rev 3.0
The email includes the shipping information where we can send a new drive.
