Having difficulty logging into Gitlab (https://lab.civicrm.org) or JIRA?

* All accounts created since January 2016 use the authentication from https://civicrm.org, this means that you first need to make sure that your password works on that site. If you need to change your password, you can change it there (with the [request new password](https://civicrm.org/user/password) form).
* Please make sure that your civicrm.org username does not have a space or other special characters. The username is case sensitive (ex: "JohnDoe" is not the same as "johndoe").

* You must use your username as a username. You cannot use your email as your username.

* If the problem persists, please contact 'bgm' on the chat: https://chat.civicrm.org/civicrm/channels/town-square (the chat does not use civicrm.org accounts, you will have to create a new account on that site).

* You can also open an issues on this Gitlab project ("ops"). To create a new issue, you will have to login. Gitlab uses the same accounts as civicrm.org (and also requires that your username not have spaces in it). |
