Rationale: We're aiming to make civicrm.com the destination for prospects/evaluators of civicrm, and the primary audience for case studies is evaluators. Secondarily, we're trying to make civicrm.org a community destination, and the case studies especially as currently structured are for evaluators, not for community members who might want to know more details about **how** to create sites of a certain type.
Issue: c.o is a good site for creating the case study content as it is designed to have accounts with appropriate permissions for community members like partners. c.c is NOT where we want to be supporting a bunch of different account roles and dozens of accounts. So proposal is to keep c.o as place where case studies are created and edited by community members, but c.c is the place where completed case studies would be published. This means that the authoring experience for case studies does not need to be migrated to c.c but c.c needs to pull in a feed of content from c.o. Once that is working, display of case studies on c.o can be shut down.
- [ ] Publish case studies on c.o in way that c.c can read them
- [ ] Theme c.c pages for case studies
- [ ] listing with teasers
- [ ] single page for each case study
- [ ] Potentially provide on c.o case study page a link to published page on c.c so authors can find and examine final page.
Here are some questions for decision:
1. Do we want to have case studies on c.c and not c.o?
2. Do we want to keep authoring on c.o for case studies if they are only publicly displayed on c.c ?Phase 1: civicrm.com for evaluatorsjoshjosh@civicrm.orgjoshjosh@civicrm.orghttps://lab.civicrm.org/marketing/civicrm-website/-/issues/311Define user journeys2024-03-07T15:11:00ZandyburnsDefine user journeysAfter a user registers with civicrm.org, define their process / journey to engaging with the community.

The https://civicrm.org/civicrm/mailing/subscribe options are all well and good, but a simple onboarding sequence *that is entirely optional* could help people have more success. And this would allow for a followup down the line.

Proposal:
- Create on page form that captures email ("Want some tips as you get started with CiviCRM? We'll send you some free advice and resources")
Automation:
- Create a flow to be defined in another issue. The premise is that we can advise on common pointers, docs, feature most used civi components, SK + FB, and at the bottom of an email, if they need support direct them to the partner directory.
- Allow for a survey say 3-6 months down the line on status of their implementation. Again point to partner directory as fallback option.
The Civi dropoff rates from past data seem to be higher than necessary.Giving them a guiding hand along the way and a solution to solve their problems either thru DIY resources or partner support can't hurt.https://lab.civicrm.org/marketing/civicrm-website/-/issues/82Set a new google-maps key2020-07-31T12:55:32ZbgmSet a new google-maps key@guyiac noted that event maps on civicrm.org were showing "for development purposes only":

Guy set a temporary key associated to his company account.
We should change for a key associated to CiviCRM LLC.
@MikeyMJCO Pointed out that CiviCRM.org should not use Google Maps, and instead rely on services that are more free (libre?), based on Open Street Maps. I support this, but would also argue that CiviCRM itself should have better support for those solutions. i.e. it is an upstream issue in CiviCRM. If one exists, then we should use it.https://lab.civicrm.org/marketing/civicrm-website/-/issues/74Register a site: add fields to measure "net promoter score" of CiviCRM and pa...2019-01-10T19:09:19ZbgmRegister a site: add fields to measure "net promoter score" of CiviCRM and partnerOn the [Register a site](https://civicrm.org/register-a-site) form, add two fields to measure:

While people who fill in the Site Registration are biased (they're continuing to use CiviCRM), it's still a indicator of their satisfaction with regards to CiviCRM and to their partner.
