The current Description reads
> This hook is called processing a valid profile form submission.
As a dev-newcomer, figured this hook was fired during a [profile] form submission on the front-end of a website.
Turns out, an old wiki page made it clear how this hook works:
Add to Description:
> This hook is invoked when processing a submitted CiviCRM profile form (e.g. for "civicrm/profile/create" or "civicrm/profile/edit"). This hook may be used to inject additional markup, scripts, or styles on the profile.
Add to Parameters:
> string $name - the portable name of the profile form (In SQL, this corresponds to the "name" column of table "civicrm_uf_group". It generally looks like a munged version of the form's title.)https://lab.civicrm.org/documentation/docs/user-en/-/issues/256Crossreference financial type permissions from financial type section2018-03-23T20:56:00ZhomotechsualCrossreference financial type permissions from financial type section*Created by: seancolsen*

From https://docs.civicrm.org/dev/en/master/extend-stages/#review-criteria: "The project does not conflict with other official projects"
In a recent conversation in the Extensions WG, we were unclear on the specific meaning of the word "conflict" here, and we'd like to be able to explain this requirement to new reviewers -- and ourselves :-). We need to re-organize the pages in the Dev Guide a bit. @totten and I have been talking about this and yesterday he gave me the go-ahead to put his [proposed page tree](https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1ZPq34FuYLBhEzXM2iEGYVZUFLbVZ2CpA3BknLpeHqCQ/edit#gid=1325853905) into place. (Note: I've made some slight adjustments to it, mostly based on other suggestions from Tim in comments.)
I'm working on this now, and will be moving a bunch of pages around. Although [we don't yet have a good system for page redirects](https://github.com/civicrm/civicrm-docs/issues/20) I'll be forging ahead with some page re-organizing and using inline HTML redirects as a temporary band-aid solution. I'll *also* create a `/redirects/internal.txt` file to keep track of all the page moves so that we we *do* get a proper redirect system, it will be easy to use for these page moves I'll be doing soon.
This is just a *first push* to get the page tree cleaned up a bit, in light of all the content that will be coming in from the wiki. I'm sure we'll want to adjust the page tree periodically as content evolves, so I'd like to discourage others from making suggestions within in this issue about page organization, unless you feel strongly about it. https://lab.civicrm.org/documentation/docs/user-en/-/issues/107Deprecate "Credits" page with link to GitHub contributors instead2018-03-25T16:32:02ZhomotechsualDeprecate "Credits" page with link to GitHub contributors instead*Created by: joannechester*

This guide has lots of hyperlinks which point to the wiki. Many of these links should actually point to this guide, or other guides.
I think we should do this with an automated process, because designing one would be useful for other guides (and future projects as well).
1. Use a regex to extract external hyperlinks from the markdown (*all* external hyperlinks, not just wiki ones)
1. For each hyperlink, see if the URL responds with an HTTP redirect
1. If so, modify markdown with the new redirect.
At this point I think the work of creating a script which performs the above tasks will be faster than the work of manually fixing all those URLs. For the record to avoid errors about PHPUnit_Extensions_Database_TestCase on php 7.2 I had to use the following in composer.json

Seems to be resolved by getting rid of the spaces in the filenames, so here's a list of other images with spaces we might need to clean up.
