Navigation menu links does not work in WordPress

They are

https://example.org/civicrm/change-recurring-contributions
https://example.org/civicrm/recurring-changes

It should be

https://example.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=CiviCRM&q=civicrm/change-recurring-contributions
https://example.org/wp-admin/admin.php?page=CiviCRM&q=recurring-changes
