Postcode search no longer appearing when editing address on Contact Summary page

Since updating from 1.9 to 1.11, the "Search for an address" field is no longer appearing when editing an address on a contact's CiviCRM Contact Summary page, but it still appears and works fine on payment pages etc on the front-end of the site. Any ideas?

I'm on CiviCRM 5.36.0 and WordPress 5.8.1
