Unable to Submit Gift Aid for CASC

When submitting a gift aid batch I receive the following error

Error: 7033 Message: Regulator details must be absent if HMRC Charities Reference starts with CH or CF

The organisation I am submitting for is a CASC (Community Amateur Sports Club), as such our regulator is not the Charities commission but HMRC. As there is no option to not select any of the charity regulators I selected the Charity Commission (of England and Wales) but I think this is causing the error.

Having looked through some of the available resources I think there needs to be an option in the setup that results in the regulator element of the XML file being left blank for CASC gift aid submissions to succeed (based on pg 27 of Charities-specDoc-v2-0.pdf)
