One-off/Recurring contribution & event signup failed repeatedly on 6.x

A customer has tried to signup for a recurring contribution, although payment was successful on stripe but shows as pending in civi. No receipt was sent also. Stripe webhook is returning 400 Error. here is some log info. I have emailed @mattwire complete log details
